Dear operators,
due to the current changes in European aviation legislation, HLS, after careful consideration, decided to transfer its CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) authorization, which it has held since 2009 until now, to the newly established CAO (Combined Airworthiness Organization) authorization. Thanks to this step, HLS is not forced to implement the SMS system in the area of continuing airworthiness management, which is mainly intended for use in commercial air transport and means a disproportionate administrative burden for the area of small aircraft. The range of services provided by CAO HLS, as well as the range of responsibilities contractually assumed by CAO HLS from operators, remains unaffected by this step.
